Responsibilities & Context

• Administrative Duties: Overseeing daily school operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Staff Supervision: Supporting and evaluating teachers and staff, facilitating professional development, and aiding in teacher recruitment.

• Student Discipline: Managing student behavior and discipline, addressing issues, and fostering a positive school environment.

• Curriculum Development: Assisting in developing and implementing educational programs and policies.

• Parental Involvement: Engaging with parents, addressing concerns, and coordinating events.

• Budget Management: Assisting with budget planning and resource allocation.
