Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Vice-principal to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily academic activities and overall program operations.
- Supervise classes and extracurricular activities.
- Inspect classrooms to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Distribute and oversee duties related to school programs.
- Maintain disciplinary standards for both teachers and students.
- Monitor student progress through lesson plans.
- Step in as a teacher during emergencies, as needed.
Compensation & Other Benefits
**Work Hours:** 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days in a week.
**Salary:** 25000 + (based on qualification)
