Milestone Laurels International School (A Project of Milestone School & College – A Legacy since 2002) is seeking highly qualified, dynamic, and passionate Vice Principal to join our esteemed institution. Applications are invited from trained administrators who have worked in the English Medium sector under Pearson Edexcel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high academic standards through curriculum oversight, teaching quality monitoring, and academic planning.
• Manage daily school operations, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee student discipline, attendance, well-being, and promote extracurricular involvement.
• Support teacher recruitment, development, evaluation, and provide ongoing pedagogical guidance.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and foster positive relationships within the school community.
• Assist in setting goals, driving school growth, and supporting marketing and admissions activities.
• Handle conflicts sensitively and play a key role in emergency preparedness and response.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain school records in line with internal and external standards.
