Requirements

Education

• Master of Arts (MA) in Education, Master of Science (MSc) in Science

• Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Science/ Administration (PhD strongly preferred).
• B.Ed. or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  School

Additional Requirements

• Applicant should be Islamic minded

• Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or administrative role (Head Teacher, Vice Principal, etc.)

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of teachers and staff
• Experience in curriculum development (preferably British/International)
• Familiarity with educational assessments, reporting, and school inspections
• Strong understanding of Islamic values and how to incorporate them into the school
• culture
• Ability to guide staff and students in maintaining an Islamic environment
• Experience in or openness to organizing Islamic events, Quran classes, or values-based programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution ability
• Experience building partnerships with parents, the community, and shareholders.
• Experience in operational skills such as Financial acumen to manage budgets, school resources, and fee structures; ability to plan long-term growth and handle enrollment targets.
• Excellent/Comfortable with digital tools for school management systems and reporting

Responsibilities :

• Supervise teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student performance to ensure high academic standards.
• Set and implement the school’s long-term academic, spiritual, and cultural goals in alignment with Islamic values.
• Promote a positive, Islamic value-based school culture
• Ensure high teaching standards and teacher development
• Manage school operations, policies, finance, budgeting, and planning
• Engage parents and community stakeholders
• Monitor student performance and welfare
• Oversee discipline and code of conduct
• Management of child safeguarding
• Ensure financial and administrative compliance
