We are looking for committed and experienced Vice Principal to complement our qualified workforce of educators and education managers. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities, extra-curriculars and events.
• Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices.
• Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development.
• Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
• Develop, maintain and implement curriculum standards.
• Observe teachers and evaluate their performance.
• Counsel and discipline students.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers and other school personnel.
