Experience
- 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a professional video content creation role.
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve are highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conceptualize and pitch innovative video ideas that align with strategic business goals.
- Develop detailed storyboards, shot lists, and scripts to guide production.
- Execute end-to-end video production, including filming with professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbals, audio).
- Capture high-quality footage for diverse needs—from brand films and social reels to event coverage and interviews.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos, incorporating motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Uphold and enforce brand visual identity and messaging across all content.
- Manage, maintain, and organize all video production equipment and digital assets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to ensure content cohesion.
- Monitor video performance metrics and analytics to inform content strategy.
- Stay ahead of emerging video trends, editing styles, and AI-powered tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery from concept to launch.
