Company Overview:  Datascape Research & Consultancy Ltd is an independent research firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a global presence across various industries. Established on March 16, 2016, and rebranded in 2024, it provides largescale research and consultancy services to support informed decision making. The firm has over 600 trained interviewers, 12 regional coordinators, and 36 supervisors nationwide. It is part of a group that includes Datascape IT Limited, Datascape Academy. EducationBachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional Requirements ·         Proven experience as a video editor·         Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.·         Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.·         Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·         Strong organizational and time management skills.·         Creative mindset with a passion for video production. Key Responsibilities: ·         Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.·         Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver a final product that meets their vision.·         Enhance video content with graphics, sound, special effects, and other visual elements.·         Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient workflow and storage.·         Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and trends.·         Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.·         Assist in the development of video concepts and storyboards.·         Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.·         Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Compensation & Other Benefits, Compensation: ·         T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Provident fund·         Salary Review: Yearly.
