We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Editorialnews24. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing video content for our news portal, ensuring that it is visually compelling, professional, and aligns with our editorial standards. This role is crucial in enhancing our multimedia content and delivering high-quality news videos to our audience.
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging news segments, features, and other video content.
- Collaborate with journalists, producers, and other team members to create visually appealing and informative videos.
- Add graphics, text overlays, sound, and other elements to enhance video content.
- Ensure all videos are consistent with Editorialnews24’s brand and style guidelines.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver timely video content.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and trends to continually improve content quality.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of news-related or similar video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- Experience in news media or digital journalism.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media video formats and trends.
