MHA seeks a Video Editor to play a pivotal role in enhancing client success and brand awareness by developing and executing high-quality video content tailored to client objectives. In this multifaceted role, the Video Editor will oversee video content creation strategies, video editing, and motion graphics that will distributed across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and social media channels, while ensuring the final product aligns with the creative vision. Your responsibilities also include devising and executing comprehensive video content strategies tailored to client objectives, and leveraging various channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee and maintain video content for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement video editing strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and execute video projects, including crafting compelling content, designing visually appealing graphics, and analyzing video performance metrics.
  • Create and curate engaging video content for various digital channels, including promotional videos, tutorials, infographics, and content for social media platforms, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Ensure videos are well-optimized for search engines and aligned with overall marketing objectives, using best practices in video SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze video performance based on collected data from tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Follow insights and recommendations for optimizing video content based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and editing. Incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into video strategies to enhance effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, developers, directors, and also the project manager to ensure cohesive and integrated video projects. Coordinate efforts to align messaging and achieve marketing objectives effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all video initiatives are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, or any related field (Completed or Running).

Experience: 2+ years of proven expertise in video editing, preferably in roles related to video post-production, motion graphics, content creation, and video editing.

Video Editing Knowledge: Strong understanding of video editing techniques and the ability to align video content with marketing objectives.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency and familiarity with Google Suite and relevant video editing tools and platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other tools from Adobe Suite.

Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp would be a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and meet project deadlines consistently.
