Requirements
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably: Fine Arts, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or related field).
- Training/Certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Expertise in CapCut (mandatory) and proficiency in other editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, and audio mixing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects daily.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Creative Lab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality ad content for SMEs across different social media platforms.
Daily Tasks (3-4 Ad Videos with CapCut):
- Edit ad videos with animation, motion graphics, text animation, smooth transitions, colour correction, sound effects, and sound correction.
- Ensure professional-quality editing optimized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging visual content on time.
- Design social media banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
- Perform image editing, retouching, and optimization for digital campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and creative standards across all designs.
