নাইট শিফটে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। সৃজনশীল হতে হবে। Adobe Premier Pro & After Effect এর কাজ জানা থাকতে হবে। Mid Level এর Graphics এর কাজ জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে। টিমের সাথে আলোচনা করে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। অতিসত্ত্বর নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
