Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are a fast-growing architectural and engineering design firm looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor cum Motion Graphics Designer who can support our branding and promotional content across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will also contribute to our website UI/UX concepts and work collaboratively with our development team.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce promotional, project-based, and informative videos for Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Add motion graphics, text animation, sound effects, and transitions to enhance visual quality.
• Ensure videos align with our brand identity and storytelling.

Graphics Design:

• Design static and motion-based content for social media, banners, and posters.
• Create engaging thumbnails, ad creatives, and marketing visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

UI/UX Design Support:

• Collaborate with developers to provide modern and user-friendly UI/UX concepts for company websites and internal software tools.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design components based on given requirements.

Web Knowledge (Basic):

• Should have a basic understanding of how websites function.
• Ability to communicate design requirements effectively with the developer team.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the architectural, marketing, and development teams.
• Maintain deadlines and participate in team brainstorming sessions.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, CSE, or any relevant field (Not mandatory for skilled candidates).
