Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, and possess the skills necessary to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create videos that effectively communicate our brand’s message, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
- Plan, shot, and edited high-quality video content for various platforms including web, social media, and internal communications.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Set up and tear down recording equipment before and after use.
Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into a polished final product using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance the video.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Pre-Production:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Scout locations and plan video shoots to ensure high production value.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain an organized archive of video footage and projects.
Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality.
- Experiment with new video formats and techniques to engage our audience.
