Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high-quality video content for our online tutoring center. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators, and marketing teams to develop educational videos, promotional materials, and other multimedia content that enhances the online learning experience. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, video editing, and production, with a focus on creating engaging and visually appealing content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos, including course lectures, tutorials, promotional videos, and student testimonials.
Ensure the content is visually engaging, informative, and aligned with our goals.
Content Development:
Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and the curriculum development team to create clear and concise educational content.Use a creative approach to present complex subjects in an easy-to-understand and engaging format.
Post-Production:
Edit raw footage to create polished videos that are optimized for online platforms.
Add graphics, animations, captions, and background music as needed to enhance the video’s quality and learning experience.
Equipment Management:
Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and other gear.Ensure that all videos are produced with the highest possible audio and visual quality.
Multimedia Integration:
Work with the marketing teams to create multimedia assets such as infographics, animations, and video intros/outros.
Optimize videos for various platforms, including LMS, YouTube, Facebook, social media, and the school’s website.
Creative Direction:
Provide creative input during the video production process to ensure content is engaging and resonates with the target audience.
Ensure brand consistency in all video and multimedia materials.
Project Management:
Manage multiple video projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Coordinate with teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
Quality Control:
Review all video content for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Ensure the final product is free from errors, clear, and aligned with educational objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience:2-4 years of experience in videography, video editing, or multimedia content production.
Prior experience in educational content creation is highly preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially in online education, tutorials, or corporate video production.
Skills:
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
Understanding of lighting techniques, camera operation, and audio recording for professional video shoots.
Strong understanding of storytelling and how to engage learners through video content.
Ability to adapt videos for various platforms (LMS, social media, website).
