Responsibilities & Context

Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure their operations run smoothly. You will work remotely, using various digital tools and platforms to complete your tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently. You will be the go-to person for our clients, helping them manage their day-to-day activities and ensuring that all their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, preparing reports, and handling other administrative tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and ensuring that all information is kept confidential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should be comfortable using various software applications and have a good understanding of office management procedures. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments

Requirements

  • Olevels & Alevels from English Medium School is Highly preferred
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Experience with social media management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and invoicing
