Proficiency in modern project management tools and daily use of technology apps is essential. This is a remote, full-time role requiring availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (nighttime in Bangladesh).
The candidate must have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), a results-driven attitude, and must have previously worked for U.S.-based companies. Candidates from anywhere in Bangladesh are welcome, with preference given to applicants from Rangpur.

Responsibilities & Context

Background: PITC Institute, a leading post-secondary nursing school located in Pennsylvania, USA, is hiring an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to serve as a Virtual Assistant from Bangladesh. Documentation, Problem Solving, Project Management Software such as Trello

The project will deal with the following duties and responsibilities:

Team building,
Leadership,
Monthly Financial planning and Budgeting,
Documentation including project document, various’ type of reports,
Problem Solving,
Project Management Software such as Trello.
Need to prepare financial plan and reports
The employee needs to have Fluency in spoken and written English as he/she has to communicate with different stakeholders and preparing documents in English. .

Project Objectives:

To recruit a staff who must have a proven track record of managing large and complex projects and knowledge on different development issues in health issues.
To hire a staff have considerable Proficiency in modern project management tools and daily use of technology apps is essential
To recruit a staff have considerable English communication skills as he/she needs to work in Bangladesh but be the staff PITC USA.
To hire a Project Manager who will capable on Project Planning, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Performance Monitoring, Documentation on English and good at spoken English, Problem Solving, Project Management Software such as Trello.

Project Working Areas: Rangpur Division

Duration: The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term, it may be extended based on performance for uncertain period.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Monthly consolidated salary is BDT: 40000 consolidated but more salary can be considered for highly potential candidate.
