Responsibilities & Context

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Honors degree

• Experience: 2+ years in a call center

• Languages: Fluent in English (reading & writing) and native Bengali

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; typing speed of 15 WPM+ in English and Bengali

• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to hard work; quick learner

• Equipment: Must have a personal computer and stable internet

  Responsibilities:

Make 100+ daily calls, achieving 4.5 hours of talk time Create engaging voice messages for tele sales Collect customer phone numbers during Live chats

Compensation:

Starting at USD 250/month during probation, increasing to USD 300 + commission post-promotion

Benefits :

One unpaid rest day per week Immediate start for the right candidate
