Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Medical Value Travel (MVT) department. The successful candidate will support our clients throughout their medical travel journey, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visa Assistance:
- Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring accurate preparation and submission of documents.
- Provide up-to-date information on visa regulations, embassy appointments, and processing times for various countries.
- Guide clients through the visa process, offering solutions to any queries.
- Track visa applications and keep clients informed on status changes.
2. B2B Travel Consultation:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, offering tailored travel and visa solutions.
- Provide travel advice, including flight, hotel, and transportation options, using your GDS expertise.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
3. GDS System Proficiency:
- Use the Global Distribution System (GDS) to search for and book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure efficient and accurate bookings, addressing any changes or issues promptly.
4. Customer Service:
- Engage with customers to resolve visa and ticket-related concerns, offering personalized support.
- Provide prompt follow-up on inquiries, offering travel advisories and destination-specific information.
- Ensure excellent communication with clients throughout their journey to ensure satisfaction.
5. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed records of visa applications and travel bookings.
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies, providing accurate reports on success rates and client feedback.
