Responsibilities & Context
General Responsibilities’ of the Visa Assistant
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues and team members.
- Informs and follows up with customers through Telephone, WhatsApp, Email and Social Network.
- Key responsibilities include verifying documentation, and providing guidance on visa policy.
- Ensuring timely all visa applications process.
- Verifying required information provided along with visa applications.
- Accurately assemble and maintain record data for visa application processing and/or integrity analysis.
- Take personal responsibility for playing your part in an efficient and tidy office environment.
