Responsibilities & Context

• Client Consultation and Acquisition for EB-3 visa (USA Green Card Program) and 5 years USA multiple visa (B1/B2).
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and SMS using the given database.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing the required documentation for visa applications.
