Responsibilities & Context

• To consult with the People & Clients over the phone about procedure of world work.
• Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain Clients Database and regular follow – up them.
• Submitting visa application and help customers in Visa Processing.
• Proven experience of working with B2B business platforms.
• Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
• Comprehensive knowledge of visa processing terms and procedural requirements for the mentioned regions.
• Carry out marketing and promotions via online video promotion and newspaper advertisements.
• Should have good experience in European & Middle East countries Immigration and Visas.
• Experience of any working Visa Consultancy, Visa Service Officer, Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
