Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Consultation: Provide comprehensive consultation to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation for various destinations.
- Application Processing: Assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently, reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with embassy guidelines.
- Embassy Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Obokash.com and embassy officials, maintaining professional relationships and staying informed about changes in visa policies and procedures.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain client records and visa documentation in compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their visa applications, address inquiries or concerns, and offer guidance on travel arrangements as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or challenges related to visa processing promptly and effectively, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to find solutions.
