Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Company Overview:

Nova Holidays is looking for a Visa Executive Officer to help clients navigate the visa application process and provide them with accurate and helpful information about our services.

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for assisting with visa processing, client interactions, and promoting our services to new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries regarding visa services over the phone and in-person counseling.
• Assist with visa application processing and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide information about our services and guide clients throughout the application process.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining client records and handling general office tasks.
