Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing for US, Canada, UK, and Schengen countries
• Proven track record of successful visa approvals is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of visa categories and embassy procedures
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
• Computer literacy is a must (MS Office, email correspondence, etc.)
• Honest, reliable, and highly organized

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for US, Canada, UK, and Schengen countries
• Guide clients on visa requirements, document preparation, and interview procedures
• Fill out application forms and review client documents for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with embassies, visa centers, and other relevant authorities
• Stay updated on the latest visa policies, immigration laws, and embassy rules
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client communication
• Prepare visa files and ensure timely submission
• Manage confidential client information with care and discretion
