Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 35 years

·  Expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing.

· Having Motorbike is a plus

· Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a similar role is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in English Writing Skills.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for visa officer for our organization.

·  Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen, Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Philippines and others as per client preference.

·  Track and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to clients.

· Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures and timelines for different visa types.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.

· Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.

· To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.

· Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.

· Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.

· Must have good command over English and proficiency in using Computer and Internet.

Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office
