Responsibilities & Context
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
5+ years of experience in visa processing, especially Schengen visa applications.
Strong expertise in tourist, business, student, work, processing.
Experience handling visa rejections, appeals, and client advisory services.
Skills & Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to use visa application portals and embassy submission systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:Police clearance certificate and a valid passport.
Ability to handle confidential visa-related information with professionalism.
