Visa processing executive and Reservation Officer (Visa processing /Package Tour)

Job Location: Joydul Menor, 159 New Elephant Road, ( Lift -03) Dhaka 1205

Office Hour: (10.00 am – 7:30 pm) 6 days.

Responsibilities & Context:

For Visa Department Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia fast world Country visa processing (who apply for visa)
For Package Tour Department full knowledge on package tour sales Excellent at dealing with clients over the phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
Listen and understand customer queries and provide quick support on the required topic.
Speak with clients to answer any queries regarding visa requirements.
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
