Visa Processing Executive

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidate have must knowledge Any Country’s Embassy required documents Checklist / Verification system.
• Candidate have must be eligible to submission visa required documents as per immigration system(Any Country).
• Candidate Assistance with application forms and documentation.
• Candidate Support with Senior for preparing documents.

·         The candidate must have a good command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Ability to write and format official documents, emails, and reports in grammatically correct English.
• Must be able to read and understand English instructions, manuals, and documents.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in English-based documentation or communication.
• The working environment may involve multitasking and coordination with other departments or team members.

• Strong communication skills and professional behavior are expected

Responsibilities & Context

• Establish and maintain strong liaisons with relevant authorities, including manpower agencies, to procure essential documents for visa processing.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering the enquiries.
• Assist and report to Higher-Level Management.

• especially when interacting with team members or external clients.
