Responsibilities & Context
- Deliver full-cycle counseling and support to each client from inquiry to visa approval.
- Receive, review, and process visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
- Assess applicant eligibility and verify the authenticity and validity of supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit visa applications for multiple countries including the UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, and Japan.
- Provide face-to-face consultation and guidance to clients regarding visa procedures and requirements.
- Assist clients in accurately filling out visa application forms.
- Prepare cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting documentation as required.
- Address and resolve issues such as visa delays, rejections, or requests for additional documents.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and application statuses.
