Its various activities include Flight ticketing, Travel services, tour Planning, Visa Processing, and Visa Consultancy. SKY LIFE Tours and Travels is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and proactive employee, who can work independently or with a team and have relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the tourist visa application process for various destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, UAE etc.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countries.
- Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out and fees are paid as required.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite visa approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough review and verification of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, denials, and related correspondence for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Handle escalated cases or complex visa applications, employing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
- In addition to this, priority will be given to candidates who know student visa processing.
