Knowledge and Experience of Student Visa / Visit Visa / Work Permit Visa / Family Migration Visa.
Knowledge of Files Submission, Application process in Portal and process of file Submission to embassy.

Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted correctly.
Review and verify student documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration regulations.
Provide students with up-to-date information on visa policies, financial requirements, and embassy procedures for different countries.
Assist students in filling visa application forms, preparing financial statements, and drafting necessary documents such as SOPs (Statements of Purpose) and sponsor letters.
Schedule visa appointments and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
Conduct visa interview preparation sessions to enhance students’ confidence and success rate.
Keep track of visa application statuses and provide timely updates to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections for reporting and compliance.
Stay updated on changing visa and immigration policies to ensure students receive the most accurate guidance.
Coordinate with universities, travel agents, and other relevant stakeholders for pre-departure arrangements.
