Responsibilities & Context
- Visit Visa File Submission & Application Process for UK, USA, Canada, Australia & Schengen.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation of Visit Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.
- Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
- You will be expected to provide updates on visa requirements and regulations in various countries.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
- Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
