Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Application Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with visa regulations and facilitate smooth visa approvals for clients or employees. The role involves coordinating documentation, liaising with embassies or consulates, providing guidance on visa requirements, and optimizing procedures to expedite applications.

• Lead VISA Support
• Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation for visa applications.
• Liaise with embassies or consulates to process visa applications.Provide guidance on specific visa requirements to clients or employees.
• Optimize procedures to expedite visa applications.Manage timelines to ensure applications are submitted and processed within required time frames.
• Maintain accuracy in all paperwork and documentation.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the application process.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements.
• Assist clients or employees with travel arrangements related to their visa applications.
