Responsibilities & Context

This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for blending architecture with visual storytelling to create captivating presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to bring architectural designs to life.
• Develop photorealistic visuals, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations.
• Utilize advanced graphic design tools to create engaging and cohesive presentation materials.
• Design custom templates and layouts for project reports, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW), 3D modeling tools (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD), and rendering engines (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Provide graphical support for iterative design processes by producing quick sketches, digital mock-ups, and visual feedback.
