4-5 years of proven experience creating video ads, motion graphics, animated visuals, and other relevant fields.
Must have professional skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects & Final Cut Pro X
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & etc.)
Advanced video editing skill and animation skill is a must.
Experience with video shooting & visual storytelling techniques.
Experience with 3D modeling is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

Understand social media trends and impact in design

Candidates with previous experience in Advertising Agency/Multimedia Company/ Real Estate will be given preference

Create professional & unique interactive videos, motion graphics, and animations.
Generating dynamic and innovative video ideas for advertisement.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute creative video concepts.
Strong understanding of current concepts, strategies, and best practices
