For Visualizer (Print Production, Designing, Content):
Excellent command in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge in Adobe In-Design, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere & 3D is an added advantage.
An excellent understanding of composition, font, color, geometry and composition.
For Senior Visualizer (2D, 3D, Motion Graphics, Event, Activation):
Expert in Video Editing, Photo Editing, Motion Graphics, 2D & 3D Design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience in 2D, 3D animation or working knowledge of 2D & 3D software (e.g., Studio Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and composition.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to take and implement feedback.
Knowledge of video compression, codecs, and optimizing media for web and social media.
Responsibilities & Context
Visualizer (Designing & Print Production):
Excellent knowledge in visualization.
Excellent and Advanced knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3d Max, other Graphic related software.
Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
Adequate knowledge on generation overall print material design concept.
Able to develop marketing & Branding communication materials. Adequate knowledge in output preparation. You must have good color & design sense.
Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
Senior Visualizer (Motion Graphics & 2D & 3D Designer, Event, Activation):
Create high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including Commercial, Social Media, Websites and Presentations.
Design and animate elements such as title sequences, lower thirds, infographics, and visual effects.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames for motion graphics projects.
Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Edit raw video footage to create compelling narratives that resonate with the audience.
Integrate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance the overall video production.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and performance.
Manage and organize video assets, maintaining a well-structured archive for easy retrieval.
