• Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English understanding preferred
• Knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette and table setup is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a smart, courteous, and well-trained Waiter to serve in our Restaurant Department. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine service, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menu items clearly, especially explaining Japanese dishes and ingredients
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and temperature
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth service
• Handle member complaints and requests politely and promptly
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per club policy
