- Basic knowledge about how to serve foods, beverage items to the customers & also Handle all critical situation Smoothly.
Responsibilities & Context
- Greetings and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow all relevant health department regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure that all orders are accurately and promptly delivered to customers.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Serve coffee and other beverages and maintain the hyenic environment in coffee station.
- Mix and serve drinks, manage bar inventory and engage with customers.
