Responsibilities & Context
- Waiters take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
- Waiters bring food and drinks from the kitchen to the customer’s table.
- Waiters provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Waiters may process customer payments.
- Waiters should have a thorough knowledge of the menu to offer suggestions and upsell items.
- Waiters may greet and seat guests.
- Waiters may help open and close the facility.
- Waiters may help keep the facility clean and well-stocked.
