Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Hostess to provide excellent guest service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and maintain professional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests courteously upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and reception areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in table setup, reservations, and event service arrangements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by appropriate authority.
