Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA-CC) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Group of Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- 2–4 years of experience in internal audit or compliance roles, preferably in a CA Firm or Manufacturing Company.
- Familiarity with inventory and material control systems.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and financial processes.
- Ability to handle cross-functional audits and work independently.
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform detailed audits of accounts and finance functions to ensure compliance with standards, detect errors/fraud, and uphold internal controls.
- Audit store operations and material transactions, verify documentation and reconciliations, and identify discrepancies for corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic audits across departments and plazas to assess policy/SOP compliance, detect inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
