Responsibilities & Context
Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and act as a key support in achieving branch objectives.
Carry out tasks aligned with the development and improvement of service operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Care, Accounts, Store, and IT to ensure seamless communication, workflow integration, and operational efficiency.
Monitor service operations and department activities, proactively identifying areas for improvement and reporting any discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports, summaries, and updates as required for decision-making, performance tracking, and audit purposes.
Participate in meetings, reviews, and training sessions to stay updated on policy changes, operational goals, and service enhancement initiatives.
Perform any additional duties or special assignments as delegated by the Branch Manager to support business continuity and development.
