Requirements
Education
Masters/ Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Management or any relevant education from any reputed university.
Professional certification in supply chain or relevant field is preferred.
Experience
8 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience in handling shift arrangements, attendance registers and duty.
Candidates from electronics manufacturing industries will get preference.
Can work under pressure.Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context
Monitor, count, and balance stock levels daily to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
Receive incoming materials, verify physical stock against system/challan records, and reconcile inventory weekly or daily.
Oversee timely, accurate product deliveries based on software orders and sales team requests.
Manage delivery schedules, route plans and vehicle usage for efficient distribution.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, asset care and overall security.
Monitor market collections, handle cash/credit receipts and deposit funds to the bank on time.
Maintain petty cash, monitor operational costs and keep depot expenses within target budgets.
Prepare daily sales updates, monthly forecasts, stock registers and month-end closing documents.
Ensure goods following LIFO, FIFO and FEFO rules to manage expiry dates.
Schedule, supervise, and train warehouse and delivery personnel.
Handle and report damaged or expired goods according to company policy.
