- At least two years of experience in community mobilization activities.
- Women candidates will be highly preferable.
- Strong social and communication Skills.
- Having good organizing Capacity.
- Sound in collecting qualitative data to generate knowledge.
- Experience working in southwest Bangladesh would be an asset.
Responsibilities & Context
- She/he must be a permanent or nearby union resident with an excellent social personality and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- S/he will be responsible for working closely with the community, supervising the project intervention activities, repairing works, reporting the progress, organizing training, and facilitating the community/groups.
