Responsibilities & Context
- Warehouse Dispatch & Receiving: Supervise daily receiving, shipping, and seasonal staff operations; ensure system controls, stack utilization, and accurate reporting of dispatch volumes to maintain smooth supply chain flow.
- Inventory & IPM Management: Implement inventory controls, maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards (5S3R), record pest control data, and monitor humidity/temperature in compliance with JTI standards to safeguard product quality.
- NTM Warehouse Operations: Manage receiving, storage, stacking, and dispatch of NTM materials; oversee waste segregation, reconciliation, and proper documentation in sales ledgers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Inspection & Project Coordination: Lead inspection activities, supervise seasonal staff, ensure timely re‑stamping, and maintain proper stacking procedures with SOP compliance to support operational excellence.
- EHS & Compliance: Enforce PPE use, train staff on safety guidelines, and achieve KPI safety targets with zero incidents; promote a culture of integrity, responsibility, and safe practices across the warehouse
