Responsibilities & Context
Torr, a leading fashion brand with a growing local and international presence, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to oversee the efficient operation of our central warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for both domestic and international retail stores.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse receiving procedures, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse organization systems, including stock location and picking methods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including inventory records, packing lists, and shipping manifests.
- Liaise with internal departments (Purchasing, Sales) to ensure smooth flow of merchandise.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in orders or inventory.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for warehouse management.
