Additional Requirements

Oversee the activities of pickers, packers, and shelvers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Monitor the workflow and allocate tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
Manage the storage and organization of products within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and shelvers.
Ensure that team members adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving logs, inventory counts, and incident reports.
If any one have experience to work in any super chain shop like (Shwapno, Agora, Mina Bazar , etc.) will get preference.
The role is primarily based in the warehouse and willingness to work in day/night shifts.
