Responsibilities & Context
- Warehouse overall operation and planning of the factory (site, personnel, equipment)Material storage location management and daily inventory, to ensure consistent warehouse accounts, timely delivery and payment.
- Carry out on-site warehouse management, personnel safety management, logistics process optimization.
- Notify the concern section (Procurement, Production, and Commercial etc.) regarding in-house materials and the balance quantity of those materials.
- Follow up model-wise files for the accessories and conduct Inventory with ensuing proper report.
- Implementing operational strategies and procedures in the Warehouse as per the prescribed SOP.
- Ensuring maintenance of Warehouse compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Methods.
- Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted and documented as well.
- Supervising all operational issues and upholding the safety of the Warehouse.
- Preparing GRN & PR (Local & Import) and all related warehouse documents.
- Create ERP requisition of all kinds of Raw Materials and equipment to meet smooth production and Operation.
- Ensure proper implement of 5’S & Kaizen culture in all Warehouses.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly materials stock report after physical count.
- Any other task given by the authority
