Responsibilities & Context

• Manages warehouse operations, including inventory, staff, and equipment, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the facility.
• Inventory: Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking inventory levels, and ordering new supplies
• Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety training, and being up to date on safe working practices and emergency procedures
• Equipment: Maintaining and inspecting warehouse equipment, and coordinating repairs or replacements
• Staff: Managing and directing warehouse staff, training new employees, and optimizing employee workflow
• Reports: Preparing and analyzing reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy
• Communication: Collaborating with other team members and communicating with vendors and customers.
