Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Textile graduates will be given preference).
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in denim washing.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
We are a growing and professionally managed Apparel / Textile Sourcing Company, specialized in PREMIUM DENIM, working for the European and Australian leading Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below positions –
- Experience working with brands such as ZARA, Stradivarius, and Mango.
- Capable of independently managing laundry operations for all types of R&D activities.
- Extensive knowledge of wet and dry processes.
- Good understanding of market trends and ability to prepare wash presentations for clients.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and effective control over wash factories.
- Able to establish, monitor, and follow up on the Critical Path/Time & Action Plan to ensure high-quality, on-time washed products as per requirements.
- A strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with the design team.
